Together, we explore your goals, workout history, injuries, and more either in person or via video call.

Construct a workout program

Using the information we discussed in the consultation, I build a custom exercise and/or nutrition guide that fits your life.

Stay consistent

I offer both in-person sessions at NW Fitness Project Seattle, WA, or virtual and app based contact for both Apple/Android.
